Terrible customer service. Tried to co- sign a loan for a friend, but was told by Robin that I don't have a credit score. First of all, everyone over the age of eighteen has a credit score--it moght be bad, it might be good, but everyone has a score. Second, if I don't have a credit score, then how do I have two active credit cards, including a Capitol One Platinum card? When I home, I searched my score on Experien, the same service Republic uses. Sure enough, both the credit cards I have, and my score, were plainly visible. I tried to do the co-sign by phone. It was near closing time. I think that's why Robin tried to insult my intelligence the way she did. She didn't want to do the paperwork. Even worse, she hung up on me!

Avoid this place like the plague. Why can't I give them a zero star rating. Biggest scam/ripoff ever. Used them for one small loan, paid it off immediately, and have now somehow accumulated 3 larger loans that are scheduled to be paid over a 30 month period. Never received, or was aware of any of this. Not until I began noticing automatic withdrawls from my checking account with no description every month. Whenever I call them they are dismissive and just continue saying, "well, you would have had to okay this". Crooks, Thieves, Scam Artists, Scum

This is the only company that had absolutely nothing to offer to assist with people affected by the Covid19 virus. The people working there are very nice and have nothing to do with the policy. All I can say is shame on whoever is the CEO. I will be sure to warn everyone before they bring this company their business.

I have NEVER experience such rude and unprofessional customer service from this office. whatever you do, don't fall on hard times because they could careless. I understand the business aspect and they need their payments, however when it comes to 2-3 phone calls a day and a letter every other day .......... that harassment. Never will I ever recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
