The customer service here good, did not have excessive wait times.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received last night. Morgan was very rude an didn't want to help me at all. I own a small business and it's convenient for me to cash checks here after bank hours. I spent over 2 hrs here trying to get a check cashed. The rest of the staff was great but if morgan worked for me an spoke to my customers that way she would not have a job.

One of the friendliest businesses I have ever visted. Customer service representative John, is 5 stars all the way. John is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He is a true asset to the company.

Greg was awesome very patient and very considerate and understanding very respectable ty for the awesome service. Kindness wins everytime.

I'm giving 5 stars for the people that work here alone my only complaint with this company is there fee for cashing personal checks it's really high
