I will rate them five stars for their service the quickness the politeness and professionalism very quick very well done.

Everything started off good; but as things came to a close I started asking questions to have a definite answer staff progressively got ruder. I don't know if they were that scared I wasn't going to take the loan or not. I know as a young adult to get all the information and all the agreements settled before you just get handed a X amount of money from a loan company. I do not plan on going back with this company again unless the staffs attitude changes towards customers.

Martha in the Lenoir City branch is wonderful. Linda in the Clinton Highway is horrible and she tried to not let us transfer to the Lenoir City branch as it was closer to us and we knew the area. I would never deal with the Clinton Hgwy branch with Linda. But if you want to feel at home and feel appreciated go to Lenoir City and see Martha :)

I have had account with them for several years and thought I had a good paying history except for the time I had heart surgery, with being a few days late but I can't even get a loan renewed now...I have been a FEW days late a VERY FEW TIMES so Paying on time with One Main isn't worth a dime!! BEWARE!! Alisha is terrible

I am a long time customer of this store. At the first of December I called to see if I could refinance my account to lower my payments. I called twice and the first time I was told my application had not been completed. So I did a second application, but never had a phone call or any response to my request. I am on disability and my income is limited. Before the merger from Springleaf to Onemain they were so friendly and accommodating.

The ladies at the office were very nice! Helped get me squared away..setting me up for a successful life change! Thank you so much for all you did!

I couldn't ask for any better customer service. 100% satisfied. One Main is awesome.

The young lady that took care of us for our loan we very nice and polite very professional. She knew what she was doing. We would like to thank her for her help and explaining everything.
