My friend cashed a $7,000 check there and they charged her $350. Seriously! They need to have a maximum fee. This place is a joke. It’s really open to keep poor people poor. If you can prevent using this place please. Dave Ramsey can help you.

Cash express is amazing... Everyone was so friendly and helpful Jessica was my teller and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Best business experience I've had since moving to East Tennessee. They are a Lil tricky to find just fallow your GPS and you will be there

Absolute disgrace of a company. STAY AWAY from this place at all costs you get stuck paying high interest they told me i could pay 90 a month but only 13$ would go to the principal are you INSANE.. do you have any idea how ridicoulous that is. It would take 23 months to pay off a 300$ loan .. that $300 loan would have end up costing me 2071.00... when they had already got close to $500 in 50$ a month finance charges over the last 6 months.. i will never step foot in their i dont care how desperate i am. Please take my advice amd stay away from this place.

Kept getting calls from them because someone used my name as a reference that I do not know for a payday loan. Seriously they need to check references before loaning money. Instead of pestering people that has nothing to do with them.

Employees are the best. Very informative, professional, understanding. Extremely polite awesome atmosphere because of them very welcoming and extra extra awesome. I don't do business anywhere else because of them I will not go anywhere else at all this is the only check cashing place or loan place for me

Twice I have filled out a app and waited for 25 to 30 minutes just to be told that bank was not open for them to verify which duh it was a Saturday hence the fact I was at what I thought was a check cashing business and then the 2nd attempt the bank was open but would not verify a check over the phone. To me this is a absolutely ridiculous policy at any check cashing company I mean they are supposed to cash checks not make you fill out a biography and then tell you no because they are unable to infiltrate the bank security and btw both checks were under 500.00. So I will literally never go back there and waste my time again because that's all it was a total waste of time and obviously there to do everything they can to not cash your check instead of actually cashing it. Total joke and Total waste of time went 5 minutes up the rd. Cashed it at regions and did not have a account there nor was the check written on regions. So long story short don't waste your time at this business if you value your time or if you actually want to get a check cashed.
