I would highly recommend going someplace else. If you are needing help, this place will only cause you more stress. Once I was finally able to get someone to talk to me, I explained I had been off work an entire month with my daughter in the hospital. Apparently she thought I was still getting a paycheck while not working because once we got to the , last paystub part, she denied me because the stub was just over a month old. Would had been nice and taken a lot less time to just tell me she wouldn’t loan to me when I first told her I had been off a month and just recently gone back.

Co-signed for someone with them back in 2014. That person was late on some payments, but settled their debt years ago. Citizens has tarnished my credit with late payment reports. It’s 2022. I learned a lesson, but now I have an attorney to fix this. This business is basically predatory.

Wouldn’t waste your time! Talked to them on the phone said they could give me a loan they just needed me to come in and I get there and they tell me they need all kinds of things that they didn’t tell me I needed before. Then they decided to tell me that I needed a co-signer when they could’ve told me that on the phone. The woman that spoke to me was very unprofessional and rude! Then their excuse to not telling me that information on the phone was that they had someone new and wasn’t aware of what she told me! Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go there!

If I could rate 0 I would trying to charge late fees because mail runs late I have no control over what mail does period they need to learn how to treat thier customers instead of trying to tell them what to do

I want to thank Bryan Roddy and his staff for all the work they did getting me approved for a loan, actually spent their time finding me a car. Stayed late to make sure I had a car to drive home that day. He did so much more to help us, I would recommend going there and seeing Bryan for your loan needs. Damn good people! Never seen a bank work so hard.

They did try to help but they also asked for things to be done that was ridiculous for a small loan amount. But I got finance with a different company that didn't want a co signer or a title to finance a small amount
