Ms. Sheila was so nice and helpful! I’m from Michigan and I just started working here in Tennessee. I had some problem with cashing my first check but she did it with no problems! She also set me up with their debit card and upgraded me when I came in a second time! I will definitely continue to use this location.

I really , really appreciate the clerk that works at the Convington Pike location. I went 10/03 early evening and they were such a big help! I recommend this location to EVERYONE. Fast-paced and friendly! And it was also so clean and tidy! Perfect customer service , this is my new permanent location.

I went to location near Raleigh Lagrange and Sycamore around 5:30pm clerk looked at me crazy never addressed me professionally. I requested a replacement card per Meta Bank. She immediately instructed me to drive to next location at Raleigh Lagrange and Covington Pike, so glad she did! SHELIAH was awesome yall! Professional and kind!

Ms. Sheliah is Awesome!! Came into store to pay bill, didn’t have my account number and she helped me locate it on my phone. I really appreciate her for going out the way to help me… Hats off to you Ms. Sheliah! Ms, Brenda was very helpful to me today on doing my a Cash withdrawal.
