Ms. Pam is very sweet. She was my loan associate at Central Loan. She may be at a different location but she’s still the same sweet Ms. Pam. She is very friendly, and professional and Mr. Ken is very pleasant also. They helped me with no problem and got me approved!Thank you Ms. Pam & Mr. Ken for you all’s kindness and patience.

Pam is very unprofessional. She has a very unpleasant tone when speaking to you. The company also is unable to afford any verification services so you are on your own trying to prove that you work for a company even with pay statements.

Very uncomfortable setting. The lady Pam that I was working with demeanor changed when the manager came in. When the manger came in she started to talk crazy like I was an inmate and her whole body language changed. Don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect.
