If I could give zero I would. How can you pay anything if they want answer the phone... These people do bad business.. go to any other place in Morristown besides this place.

Had an appointment this morning. Was a little skeptical after reading the posted reviews. Everyone that I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and polite. If I ever need financial help again, I will definitely use their service again.

They sent a $700.00 while i was on unemployment and payed interest for a while the Total payoff was $2000.00 with interest,They do not mention this upfront as they make it sound easy and they are helping you? I would not recommend its taking advantage of people that has landed in a hard spot. i feel robbed and disappointing its all new people there now since i cashed the check, i feel very stupid for thinking this was help.

Everyone seemed nice. However, they will charge you hidden extras like roadside assistance and unnecessary insurance with the loan you take out. I wasn't given the option to opt out. I finally noticed that the amount of payback was way too high and talked to someone about it. He was helpful in fixing it and getting my money back to me. But, I won't be using this company again.

Completely RUDE and unprofessional. They misapplied my payment onto another account and proceeded to be aggressive and TALK OVER my wife and I rather than let us speak until we showed up in person with the cancelled check. If you make a mistake, don't be a pompous jerk. Just stay calm and fix the problem.
