From the moment we walked in the door , were not shown even bacic hospitality, almost as if we were bothering them. When I informed asst mgr we came because of mailed pre-approval letter, she snapped at me and said "That doesn't mean it came from here, could've come from home office!" I said , misleading either way! Mgr then asked me if I had a problem, because they would like to help, I said good, because we need help, as we were exiting the door. Last thing said was us asking office hours.
