Easy Money owner you really have to do something with the old lady that works front desk. She don’t have even 0.01% of respectable.

I went there to cash a check that a family member has sent to me. The older white lady who works there in the morning blasted out loud that it was a fraudulent check. The check was not a fraudulent, she didn't wanna give me my check back she even call the police on me I sat there until the police arrive and the office and the officer verified the it WAS IN FACT A REAL CHECK!!! This is the worst place ever. The employees are unprofessional and do not know what they're doing and needs to go through a discrimination training.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I received great customer service when I visited Easy Money on memorial blvd. All the ladies were professional and friendly. I will be referring my friends and family. Thank you Christie for processing my loan so quickly.

If only I could give this no stars!! Jennifer who did my loan was very knowledgeable about her work ethic, extremely nice, & exuded above & beyond her customer service. CRYSTAL IS THE WORST REP THERE! EXTREMELY RUDE, PISS POOR CUSTOMRR SERVICE, DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE NOR DOES SHE ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR LOAN. I made a promise to pay with the manager BC I live out of state CRYSTAL out of spite withdrew from my account. Now I can't pay my my car note!!!

Easy money is great. There very friendly, fast, helpful and was great. I have to say that store in Murfreesboro is nice and clean. It's not often u go into a place and smell the clean. I rate 5 stars and will definitely referr people there. Thanks for the help and support. All 3 ladies where friendly and funny.

Jaeven was so wonderful and friendly with providing me five star service. She was very thorough and helpful with helping me get into my new place. Words can't describe how elated I am to have been taken cared of by such a fine establishment.

Love this place! The beautiful manager Jaeven took great care of me, she knew her stuff, very knowledgeable, friendly, nice, took care of my financial needs, made sure I understood everything and got me in and out! I’m telling all my friends and coming back! Thanks Jaeven for helping me in a financial crisis! I highly recommend this place and give it a 10 out of 10! :)

Tayla was wonderful the entire time. It was a two day process because I was lacking information but she was very patient with me and my partner and was able to help both of us with what we needed. SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION!!!!
