IT'S REALLY REALLY SOMETHING... THEY HAVE BRANCHES EVERYWHERE AND THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON HELPING PEOPLE BUT THEY CAN'T EVEN PROCESS ANNNY HELP..I LOVE THESE GUYS BUT IS RIDICULOUS HOW THEY'RE SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN DOOWN FOR DAYS...

My partner, who has never taken out a personal loan, went to this agency for $ 2500 for an emergency vet bill. They took advantage of her lack of knowledge and set her up on a $207 payment for 3 years with a 37.9 interest rate, which means she’ll pay over $7500. Plus, some bogus “insurance policy” for an additional over $1000, which made her payoff around $4000. STAY AWAY from this devious business!!!

I give them a one, because they pull a hard credit inquiry and then proceed to let you know after they run your credit that there is a minimum credit limit. Smh! What is this world coming to!
