Even at my most desperate time, I will never deal with these people again. Disrespectful, rude, smart *** all on a power trip that act as if they're better than anyone that comes in their door. I was going to talk to the manager about how an employee talked to me over the phone, but when I got there turned out it was the manager, Amanda. They were completely different people when I was signing for the loan. True colors came out afterwards.
