I think the manager ,Chris is very helpful , kind and efficient, please also add Brandi too , she came up to me while Chris was helping me with my loan and introduced herself to me and said hello, the office in Murfreesboro has great office morale and it’s because the have a great manager Chris running that office and he cares about his employees, great service! Communication is not the best here. The online application was quick and easy which was a blessing. Got approved and was in a good spot for a while. Went in to get some additional funds, kept getting the run around from the office. Not angry just disappointed.

My car was needing repair and, I needed a loan. I saw a letter in the mail I usually don’t read them. This day I did it was a cash for a great amount. I deposited it into my bank account. It was VERY STRESS FREE. I received A call today and spoke with a gentleman checking on me and if I needed anything. I LOVE THIS COMPANY‼️ PLEASE OPEN YOUR DAILY MAIL IT CAN BLESS YOU LIKE IT DID ME. THE LETTER WAS A CHECK GOD is always ON TIME. Check them out you will not regret it.

Please people do not do business here. The rates are ridiculous even for someone with ok credit. They continue to trap you into new agreements with them by offering to skip a month while intererest accumulates. I am paying them off and will NEVER do business with them again! This is highway robbery!

Watch those payment books they don’t have all the slips, and the balance on your account is not correct either. They don’t tell you where they are call from when they call so it could be any old scammer but because they called that obsolves them from the mistake with the payment book and the Account balance being wrong online. And they will tell you it’s completely your fault. Well we pay our bills. Will never do business with them again never had this issue with Covington, Credit Central or Marinar. You live and you learn. Lesson learned with this joke of a place.
