I have been going to Advance Financial for some months now. And my experiences have been TOP NOTCH! The ladies are kind and knowledgeable and so pleasant. There are 4 ladies that come to mind. I'm so upset I cant remember the names. But today that all changed. I was verbally disrespected by a male representative. His tone his demeanor was stand-offish. Me being the customer I don't take things personally. I still don't understand why and how this business meeting turned so dark and rude. He even told me that if I didn't change my tone I can leave. I've never felt this level of poor quality of customer service.

Fidel was super helpful!!! He processed my loan request as well as taking care of other customers at the same time by himself. I was very impressed with his fast friendly service. And I got approved within 20 mins!!!!

I had the best customer service experience of my lifetime, from the moment I pulled in the parking lot, I was greeted by Jay. He was extremely professional, very well spoken, and carried a sense of urgency throughout my transaction. Jay went above and beyond his call of service to make sure I was beyond satisfied upon departure. He certainly deserves a raise!

Meeting Shantez was the highlight of my day. Her energy and great customer service was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about everything i asked her and took her time with me.
