I had such a frustrating start to my day on 02/15/2023 at this 24/7 Advance Financial Loan location at 6410 Charlotte Pike in Nashville,TN to make a payment. Didn't expect to have any problems on making a payment by using my ATM card through their computer system. The system was not accepting my card. The customer service representative person at this location, whose name is Psperanza went beyond her normal job duties to resolved this unusual problem and made a great impression on me. She deserves way more than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for helping me. I'm giving her 10 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐ for a job well done. 👍
