They lady April Calls being smart yelling at you on the phone and threatening you just to hang up in your face. When the whole time your being cool calm and collected explaining to her what happen and why you are behind. Not good at all.

I got a small loan for $200. They are usually very good working with me when I can't make my payment on time. I work 8:30 to 5 and they call my job and harass me if I do not answer my cell, so I am not always able to call them during work hours and let them know if I will be late for a payment. They are not open after I get off work or before I go in to work either. Today Donna calls me, and she first says "well you just got paid" when I told her I am not able to pay them right now. She then says, "well this is a bill too." And I again say, "Well I don't have $37 to give you right now" to which she responded "It's $46 now." And I said, "Ok well I don't have it right now, maybe I can do something after the 22nd." She then starts raising her voice with me and says "if you know you are going to be late for a payment, that's when you pick up then phone and call me to let me know!" I told her, "please don't yell at me." She keeps on, "I don't need to be ignored!" and I again said, "Ok, please don't yell at me." She then told me, "You got loud with me first so I will get loud with you." This is a lie, I am at my desk at work and I cannot be loud as I work in a call center. I disconnected the call. They are RUDEST people ever, and I can't wait until I can get caught up on my other bills so I can pay them off and never have to deal with them again. I'm sorry, your $46 dollars can wait, I have other bills that are way more important. Do what you have to do, report me to the credit bureau, whatever. I hate this company. I do not recommend them AT ALL after this incident today. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and CHILDISH. "You got loud with me so I will get loud with you" sounds like "I know you are but what am I" DONNA !!!!!!! GROW UP!!!!!!!

Terrible costumer service they talk to you like your a child I’m a grown man I treat you with respect why can’t I get the same in return. My suggestion is never do business with this place at all

Slid my payment under the door a year ago on the due date. The whole amount and now they are saying i still owed them. It was cashed. The money order. $300 and now you claiming i am a year late on a payment. No madam.

They are very professional ,quite polite and friendly I highly recommend them if you're in need of their services
