My experience with One Main was very smooth. Mrs. Aretha at the Harding place branch was very helpful and sped the process up in order to get my loan taken care of!!

Kiesha and her crew has always been there for me.especially doing times of sickness and other misfortune. This is the ideal place to do business with. Awesome place with professional people. And I greatly appreciate Kiesha helping me.. OneMain truly had a great employee in her.

Not sure where the service comes in. I have an existing loan and, because they are sales people, Sabrina at the office called me out of the blue and suggested that I might be able to get more money. I didn't think so, but went ahead and let her check, sent a paystub, went to the trouble. She tried to call me back maybe twice but never left a message. I called her but she was always "on the phone". I told her I didn't think I would qualify at the moment, but at least have the customer service ethic to speak with me directly and follow up. Especially since YOU made the sales call to me in the first place. My previous experience with Austin was very good. Sabrina, you need to learn how to service your customer and close the loop. You definitely lost my business.

Sabrina is always very helpful and friendly!! She made the loan process easy and very personable!

I feel deceived by my most recent loan, and I feel like this is the way OneMain wants it. They have been in business so long because they have astronomical interest rates, and then redirect your attention while completing your loan so that you don't ask too many questions. Predatory, stay away!

Onemain was so easy I have a wonderful experience with onemain I did have to go through any stress to get the cash I need I did have to wait more than a few hours then the money was in my account the workers was so nice to me they help me to the best of there ability and for that I give onemain and the workers 10 out of 10.
