Check Into Cash, Sevierville, TN

I have been dealing with Check to Cash for two years off and on, and will continue to do business with these folks!! They’re a great bunch of people who work there...Every time I go in I am treated with respect, and everyone always tries to be extremely helpful...Unfortunately not every company you deal with nowadays shows the professionalism and kindness that these folks do.. I have recommended them to several of my friends! These people deserve a pat on back!! Check into Cash ( Sevierville office) is the place to go for a quick loan!!

The employees here consider everything a joke and don’t take their customers seriously at all. We wasted 30 minutes to get denied because of a PHONE NUMBER problem. Their only response was “no phone no loan” from multiple employees at once followed by a chuckle like it was a joke. The woman who “helped” us treated us as if we were children and not to be taken seriously. She also had awful personal hygiene. I would NEVER have gone had I known I would be treated this way and I will NEVER go back to this location. The employees here are a disgrace to the company.

I stopped in to ask questions Angela and Nichole were working. Despite being overwhelmed with phone calls and customers they answered all my questions, upon returning later that afternoon to proceed with my loan they were even busier. But that did not stop these two from processing my loan quickly and as friendly and professional as I have dealt with. 100% satisfaction I will gladly return my business to them anytime I need help in this area.

I've been using this Check Into Cash on and off for a few years now and they are great. They're all awesome at what they do. I would highly reccomend them if you need emergency funds. Thanks guys, it's a pleasure dealing with you all.

I have used check into cash for quite awhile over the years, however things have changed so much that I would not recommend using them since they started using the green dot card( no cash) you never get your full amount of the loan. There are always fees being taken out for use that just eat it up. Just isn't worth it. Especially the ridiculous interest rates on top of it all.
