They tricked me into a precalculated loan. I told the loan officer several times I was just getting the loan to help build my credit and that I fully intend to pay it off early. She even set the payments at $1000 a month for me ... she did it knowing full well that it was a precalculated loan and that I'd be paying huge interest fees even if I paid it off early because how a precalculated loan works is they get their interest up front based on the length of the loan. It works a bit like a mortgage to put it in simple terms. Of my 1000 payment I only paid $400 on the principal. Over 3 months I've paid nearly $1800 in interest. They will screw you over if you let them. They are predatory lenders who go after people who are already struggling with credit issues. If you get a loan be 100% sure it's simple interest not precalculated.
