If I could give no stars that would be appropriate, just based on Mr. Dave Willis' treatment of myself and my husband. He did end up helping us, but not before berating, insulting and borderline yelling at us. When my husband went back into complete the loan, he actually made rude remarks about me to my husband. I will be taking this complaint as far as possible. You do not treat people as though they are beneath you, especially in customer service. Mr. Dave, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. You are egotistical and clearly have little respect for women. Save yourself the time and at least go to another branch. Dave is more interesting in talking about himself.and stroking his own ego than helping and understanding folks. Just despicable. ****THESE ARE MY OPINIONS ONLY***

All the staff here is very friendly and helpful! If you are looking for a place to get a personal car loan or even just a title loan go see Dave and his friendly staff of professionals. They will do what they can to get you approved! If I could give 10 stars that would be my rating!!!

Everyone at Colonial Loan is great! Diana was able to get us approved quickly and is always wonderful at answering any questions we might have!!! We highly recommend Colonial Loan in Sevierville !!!

Car paid in full they sent me a check in mail saying I over paid for so much I deposited the check in my account the money got used for other Bill's well colonial loan stopped the check and I ended up paying double to my bank just get my account un froze and fixed so ladies and gentlemen dont trust these people/company they will do you dirty and if you got a check in the mail saying you over paid it's a scam they will not pay you and you will end up owing money to your bank plus all the extra fees

Got me approved for a car when no one else could! Even stayed late so I could get the paper work done:) highly recommend this location!

I had a loan through them several years ago and they were very nice and polite then. I am using them again for another one and the staff and service was extremely good. I would recommend that if you have a need for a loan stop by and check with them and see if they can help you. I will continue to use them if I ever need to again.
