What a joke. I feel like I've been had. I can't help but laugh. They gathered all my info, went through every process they needed and still haven't called once. I called them back the day of trying to find the status of the loan I just applied for and was told there's no manger in. I accepted that and asked when Id find out and they told me the next morning. Well here I am, days later, not one call. Who did I just give my info too. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

Left my w2s to do and fill out information. Place opens at 9 and the only lady that dues the taxes doesn't show up till 930 or 10. Left my information and still didn't do my taxes and had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. Took them till next day and me showing up again for a phone call. My stuff was there at 9 am. Other customers wet3 put ahead of me when I was there first. They refused to do my w2 without my children's SS card and the IRS doesn't require it. Horrible customer service. Huge fees. Will never use them again

If you need a loan this is the place to go. Two of the young ladies in their are the best and have the best attitude and personality you could every ask for. One of them is the manager and the the other young lady set at desk on the right as you walk in the door. This is the first place that gave me a chance to build my credit back up and I am truly grateful and thankful for these two ladies. Love going in there to talk to them because like I said best attitude and personality ever. I couldn't ask for a better place to go. I will never give up on them because they didn't give up on me. They give me a chance in a lifetime to fix my credit. Ladies awesome job and thank you so much. Thankful and grateful for you both. I am truly blessed to have a place I can go to for help when I need a little extra cash. Love Lynda Pooser

They removed the reviews today. So I will monitor and post every time. Amanda was rude and disrespectful. I called to report that one of my new phone numbers was on an account. I was simply trying to get the number removed from an account that was not mine so I can apply for a loan using my number. They proceeded to lock the account simply because my girlfriend was going to use the number for the new loan in her name. They tried telling me that I can not have my number removed and wanted her to verify her ssi. When asked how do we verify saying that we didnt even get to enter her ssi in the first place. Very rude and bad business.

When I needed a loan Nicki really seen that I got the loan. There friendly,caring and do there best to. Get you the loan. Thanks Nicki for your help.
