Sign says they cash all checks. False advertising as they say their sign says restrictions apply. I'd suggest they actually put that on their sign so people don't waste time going in there no reason. Not to mention the 2 employees were more concerned about eating instead of helping a customer. Cash Express I've been to the one in dandridge and Jeff city no problems at all. This one in seymour in my opinion don't waste your time.

I have been a customer and paid on time now that the Covid 19 and I have been laid off not received any money they still keep pulling from money from my bank account very poor business don't go here greedy people even after I called and explained the situation

100% will judge you before you even get to the counter! Wouldn’t cash a check because I endorsed it but was only after taking it to the back. Said they couldn’t check if it was previously deposited lol when they can actually verify it with the bank. So on top of being very judgmental they lie to you to make it seem like they couldn’t do anything. When asked about the the verification process she again lied saying they couldn’t tell if it was even good. I asked if they would call the bank and she said it don’t work that way. Extremely bad service
