This morning I called to talk about making a payment and they were completely rude and disrespectful. I was trying to discuss my situation to Kelsey and Amber and they were being so completely rude. I could not believe a place would be so disrespectful as they did. They finally put on a manager and he was as well completely disrespectful and cussing at me over the phone being unprofessional in every way possible. I am so disappointed in my experience with them and wish so badly I didn't have to deal with them again. If I have another bad expirence I will be calling corporate because they were all just so terrible toward me.

I'll never understand why people post negative things about high interest loan places. It's not their fault your credit is bad and they should charge more for the risk. People's Security is way cheaper than AF247 and other check cashing places. Pay your bill ontime and you will never hear a word from these people.

Kelsey hasn't been bad to talk to, but Tim is HORRIBLY RUDE. I can't even talk to him, I have to have my husband call or go in to make the payments. We've fallen behind and now we're being harassed and threatened. Tim has no compassion and is very rude and disrespectful. My husband has explained our situation and we've explained that we're trying, but nothing we say is met with anything but hate and more threats. NOTHING is good enough except giving a VERY CLOSE date of when we will be in to make the FULL payment, which we just can't do at the moment. They don't care about people, they only care about their money.

I thought that this company was helping me due to a situation and I needed car repairs. After getting laid off of my job it’s been a struggle especially with the holidays. I have never met a company as completely ruthless or with a lack of such compassion.
