My wife and I have used Cindy twice already. We will continue to go to her in the future. She not only is a great person but she goes above and beyond for her customers. She really makes you feel comfortable and she is very easy to talk with. Northpointe is lucky to have her. We have also enjoyed northpointe as a company as well. Everyone has been so nice.

Talk about going above and beyond for a client... May father had a very unique situation trying to get a loan for a home that was willed to him with many other interesting hurtles to get through. Not only did she have patience with the situation, communicate with all parties involved (lawyers, executrix, daughter, client and not to mention Tenncare) and educate everyone on the best plan of action, she did it with grace. I truly got to see how much Cindy cares about each of her clients regardless how large or small the loan. Everyone gets a true level of respect and care. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough positive & good things regarding my refinance with Cindy Porter and her Team at Northpointe Bank. They were able to complete and close my complicated refinance quicker then anticipated, even in the midst of Covid. In these times, everyone is in the business of making money, but these ladies didn't make it seem this way. It was a welcomed relief to know that they had my best interest (no pun intended) at heart and genuinely desired to see my refinance through.
