The ladies that work there are great but that is the only good thing about this business! Got $1200, pay back amount was around $300 every 2 weeks with only about $99 a payment actually going towards what you owe and the rest is all interest. There is no break for paying it off early either. I absolutely do not recommend unless you have no other option. Talk about robbery!

Friendly service and it's occasionally nice to have the safety net, but it's still predatory lending.

I have used other businesses in Abilene that offer the same services and I will say that this place comes last on my recommendations. They aren't flexible. They call you the day before your payment is due, sometimes 2 days before, as well as the day of your payment, MULTIPLE times. They remind you of your payment and the "options" they have available. They are just trying to get you to refinance the loan, longer terms, more money for them of course. It would be a more positive call if they were giving you information regarding how much you have left to payoff. If you can't make a payment, they are going to deduct it from your bank anyways. If it fails, it's like a $60 fee from them. (Didn't happen to me, was told this by them) Why call 8 times to remind me about my payment if you're deducting it automatically anyways? My loan is paid off now but of course it's not being reported to credit. They said if you miss payments, they report that to credit, but they don't report the positive stuff.

I was in the store on south 14 and witnessed a employee being let go in front of the customers... I think that was very unprofessional and should have been handled before the start of the business hour.. The employee was very professional in how she maintained herself and gathered her personal belongings and then left... So for this I give 1 star... will see how I feel in the future

Excellent service. Olivia and her staff Shayla and Wendy are real kind and courteous as well as professional. They all greet you when you walk in and get you in and out in a timely manner.
