I was going to get a loan from Star of Texas Financial when I was blessed tht a family member had recognized mine and my husbands hard work and decided to help us otherwise. But during the process of being approved not liking the rate or still real sketchy about the whole process, Kimberly was amazing. Not only did she work with us to get the rate and payments where I needed them. She followed up and explained the loan process so it was better understood. She was a doll over the phone or in text and email. I felt really bad after all her hard work to decide otherwise. But I had told her and she was still Great! She never changed her attitude and made me actually happy to be having doing business with her. So if they didn’t win me anywhere else Kimberly won me over with her outgoing, personable, professional demeanor. So if I ever need help again I will definitely call Limberly at Star of Texas Financial for my loan needs. Thanks Kimberly you are a Gem!!! And truly amazing.
