Got approved a month ago just to be told the systems have been down for several weeks and they can't issue loans. Redid my application last night and was approved again just to be told AGAIN that systems are down and they still can't issue loans. It's been over a MONTH. Then they don't post anything on their website about system issues so people are still applying. Was offered corporate number and declined. Unless they can give me the loan I was approved for, then what good does it do?

Ms Silvia is very unpleasant rude and will talk over you always consistently harass my family my job. She's too demanding acts like I borrowed millions of dollars and can't pay it back. Because of covid everyone going thru issues right now Especially financially yes they approved me for a loan but don't mean I am not gonna pay you. Ms Sylvia don't act like you are not struggling You should retire you being manager with your attitude makes me not want to talk to you.feel very uncomfortable I am not your child I work in an office environment and at least I am not rude and I am very professional. Very unhappy with Silvia. Paying my debt and going somewhere else were people are treated with respect and professional.

Someone in this establishment does not know how to work the business. Every time I make a payment it lowers my score.Or says you’ve opened a new account. I make my payment all the time.I never miss!!! Once when their power went out on my due date , I got penalized for that!! I went here for a need and to build my credit and that has not happened. One I pay off my loan I’m out.

I really appreciate Sylvia and Sarah in the Arlington office. They both are always courteous and professional when I peak with on the phone and when I come into the office. Their service makes me want to continue to do business with Atlas.

I had called every loan place in my area and always got denied but they gave me a chance with a small loan. It was enough to cover some unexpected expenses. They worked with me when my payment was due since i got paid a few days later than the due date. Sylvia is always nice to me very open and communicative. Point blank you make an honest effort and they will work with you. Got super lucky when i found them.

Don't work for this company, they like terminate and pin stuff on you that never happen and fail to give you an explanation. They don't give breaks, and you work almost 12 hour shifts. This company needs to be looked into.
