Wish I could give zero stars!!!! Needed to get my car fixed so I decided to go in and apply for a quick loan. Found out about Toledo on Cooper through google. Walk in and Ms Lidia(guessing since she never introduced herself) quickly let me know that she wouldn't be about to process a loan until the next day. I thought that was strange since it was 3:30pm and the place did not close until 5:30pm. I told Ms Lidia (still didnt know if that's her name) I applied online.....she look at the computer and said "oh I just got it"...i thought that was strange as well seeing how i did the app earlier in the day. After my app was pulled i guess she decided to try and figure out a way not to see if I can get a loan or not by asking questions that had nothing to do with getting a loan, Then Ms Lidia(guessing) asked if i had a loan out. I said yes but they didnt give me enough to fix my car then told me it was cause i was new. Ms Lidia(maybe) called the company to ask about my loan. By the way she spoke to the guy on the other line I figured she is familiar with the co plus the guy cause there was a bunch of flirting going on. English to Spanish...laughter then from spanish to english. As she hung up the phone she asked for references check stubs the whole 9. I said ok. I have everything except for my last check stub but I can show her online or through my bank account. She quickly said her computer is down and semi refuse to continue the process... I definitely will NOT do business nor recommend. Grade A bs

The people here were friendly and the loans were more than reasonable. I will come here again for Christmas next year. Thanks you guys!!
