I went to this Cash Max and Erica was a great help. She was very patient understanding and took her time when it can to getting me approved. This is a great location.

Erica has been so helpful, professional and outstanding. She deserves a raise! She has been the only one working all by herself and helping all of her customers. We need more good customer representatives like her.

Absolute herbal store never recommend it to a customer. There was an employee. She still works there. Her name is Sade. I have filed a lawsuit against this company because she has been harassing my phone since I had gotten a loan a while ago from them I had reached all the way up to the district and regional manager, who insisted her to stop calling me and stop harassing me that any payments that I owe to the company was to go directly through them Well as of today December 6, she had called my phone told me to go kill myself. She also said she don’t care that her district or regional manager told her not to call me that she’s gonna do whatever she wants. I also informed her that the police department of Arlington have been called in charges have been placed for harassment on this employee who is still currently working at the location I reached out to the regional district manager, no response so far to the point where now I am filing a criminal lawsuit against the company in the employee .

My short time here was great! Very fast, nice, understanding, and patient. I appreciate every minute of it! And would recommend it to others. Just as it was recommended to me. Thank you Erica you were delightful!
