Love this place! This will be my 3rd or 4th refinance with them to work on my credit, since I’ve gotten loans through them my credit goes up every month! They call to let me know when I am available for a refinance, they never try to force it on me. Good place to start building credit, keep in mind if your doing it to build credit, APR will be a little high BUT they definitely will have reasonable payments and LOVE that it’s monthly and not per paycheck! Would definitely recommend this place for sure! As you refinance payments do go up but not dramatically! I will continue to do business with them especially at this location.

They run random inquiries on your credit report. I had a hardship which in turn caused me to fall behind on my payment. Instead of reporting the delinquency to the credit bureau, there was a random inquiry & then a month later there’s another inquiry & report of past due payment. Just be careful with them.

Vickie was amazing. She helped walk me through the direct payment without having to get a paper check. She was kind and treated me like a person and not a number in the system. I highly recommend her.
