Worst experience ever! There are no words to explain how they make you feel when you do business with them. Please stay away from this company, save yourself from a severe headache! There is so much unprofessionalism with horrible customer service. The way they talk to you over the phone and ask you these sensitive questions, it sounds like a scam. They have these extra fees they add to your online payments, the way they push you to refinance and other unprofessional things. I wish there was a way to rate them a half (1/2) star, because they don't deserve 1 star out of 5.

Super rude, got hung up on 3 times in the middle of a sentence before having to ask for a supervisor. Was simply asking to note on my account I didn’t want extra sales calls and the woman I spoke to refused to let me get a word out half the time before arguing with me and then hanging up on me. At least the supervisor was helpful and made the notes in my account.

Bianca, trinity& Katia the customer service was excellent they was patient & did everything they could do for me to get my loan I appreciate them 5 stars all the way
