I have never experienced a better place to go for a loan! The ladies really work with you and are always serving smiles! Yes you can see them through the mask! That’s how welcoming they are! I truly recommend going here if you’re looking to get a loan. They truly provide great customer service.

This company is so bad they sent me a check in the mail put it in my bank for it it be returned to my bank as account was closed and I got a charge from my bank do not fall for there tricks stay away from this company that are a fraud and there interest rates are really bad I have a credit score over 630 and they wanted over 90% interest

I've been a long time customer of Atlas, been using them when needed over the last few years, even back to when they were on East 7th. They are now at Riverside and the team is better than ever. They have been more than transparent, friendly and flexible when it comes to their loan services. They offer the opportunity to build credit as well, which is great for those needing to get something started. In addition, they have been very understanding in a mishap like if i'm a day or two behind. In summation, I've been more than happy with Atlas and the team here in Austin.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but Patricia from this office absolutely deserves one. I was approved for $800, that was last Monday, the entire week we were going back-and-forth. She was asking me for information, which I gave her. She called all of my references, which took the entire week for whatever reason Friday of last week, I had even signed the contract, and she told me that the money would be in my account that evening, well, this Monday was a holiday, so I called on Tuesday and she said that they have a new process where it Hass to get approved by a supervisor, so she informed me today that I was denied, without any good reason, even though I signed the contract on Friday, what was funny to me was the contract was dated for the 20th, not on Friday. I will be contacting the consumer financial protection bureau. Patricia has no business working in an office that does loans or just with people in general, she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
