Toledo Fiance Corp. on Oltorf street location is the WORSE place I have ever been to where the customer service is TRASH! The WORSE place I have ever done business with. Evie, the manager is awful! She is rude, she interrupts you when are speaking to another associate and takes over. She talks down to people, humiliates people and down grades people too. I have see the way she treats people in her office, including myself. And I only went in three times. I was out of there! DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HORRIFIC PLACE TO ANYONE!

The manager is very rude, talks down to ppl and makes you feel like you shouldn't get a loan if your can't pay at that time. I thought I was the only one week she talk to like this but obviously I'm not.

DONT get a loan from the company. They will lie to Credit bureau. I applied for a loan there once. I checked my Credit Karma and they have 12 loans out on me in the negative.

I have always been treated respectfully & quickly. They are great at reminders too!

Applied for a loan wasn't approved 🙃 ok not a problem. But when I had mentioned I had never applied for a loan before, I was not told my score who drop 40 points 🙃 so thanks for that. I wasn't made aware. Before applying.
