Got a title loan and they lost our title! Now I have to go file for a new one. Got two different title loans different times and they lost the second. My husband tried to get a different loan and they denied him ? We’ve been loyal customers but I strongly suggest to not use this company. They suck!

Very bad experience. We will tell our friends and family not to go here. When a payment is due they take all of your paycheck.

This place is a joke. A driver license is not enough id for you.

This place is a joke. They send you pre approval letters, you provide all the documentation they request, having proved you make more than the minimal income for the loan amount you are requesting with bank statements and check stubs and yet they have to call a number they find on a google search to verify your employment. Then they refuse to leave a message on that number for someone in HR to call them back. I work for a large publicly traded telecommunications company with automated phone systems so you will never get a live person to answer the call. We also use cellular phones and email to communicate which aren’t going to be found in a google search. You guys need to catch up with the times and hire semi-intelligent employees or you will continue to lose business on a daily.

The lady that runs the place was as nice and helpful she explain everything that she was doing I hope who ever go in there have the best Experience that I had and I want to thank her for everything she did for me
