Horrible communication to first time loan applicants !! Absolutely disappointed. Had me on the phone for 40 minutes knowing I gave her “too much” income to qualify for a $1400 HOUSE DEPOSIT LOAN. The “extra” income was an inconsistent side job if I knew that would be the thing that screws me I would have never even mentioned it !!! Wasted time and credit pull !

Should be 0 stars but google won’t allow that. The lady name Ginny was very monotone and not rude but not friendly either. She wanted my husband to sign paperwork to pull credit report even once we pointed out incorrect info, she said “go ahead and sign because I fixed it in the system.” I told my husband not to sign and told her we needed documents reflecting correct info for him to sign which she acted like was a big deal. Then she spouted off dates of stuff saying the system shows “these dates” and when we questioned her she changed the story to, “well I just saw that date somewhere so not sure what the dates of such and such was”. So she pulls credit report. The o e she says was from Equifax, so it didn’t have the last address for last 10 years which was 4 addresses listed for my husband. Had. So many accounts that were part of fraud showing as other things yet I have current equifax, trans union, and experian reports dated from last 7 days, as well as letters from every place from fraud issue we had showing accounts aren’t negatively impacting us in any way and show it was fraud and I have documents showing the account ya this lady said were delinquent have been taken care of and also this is reflected on the legit credit reports I have pulled. I also have legal documents showing all the accounts reported when we reported identity theft and dates. The dates on the credit report this lady pulled don’t even reflect dates for accounts that are even remotely accurate. So as far as I can tell this place is scam.

I was helped today by Mrs. Ginny she is sweet and very respectful to all customers who comes in the door. I admire how she is willing to listen to your personal problems and not just brush you off. I was very happy with my service today.

Can I give 10 stars? Just started a new job. I called to see what my late fee would be for 2 days. They said not to worry about it.
