The best mortgage company ever. The loan process was awesome. The girls there all worked so hard to get us in our new home so fast. They work as a great team. They meet me at closing and was there to make sure everything went so smooth. I was shocked to see them. But everyone was there to celebrate my new beginnings. I give it hands down to these guys for all the hard work they did for me and my family. Mind you I was so stressed about buying and selling my home but they made it so much better for us will always refer more people to them as they are the BEST EVER. Thanks again to the whole team in Bay CIty TEXAS .

The application process was swift and online. They made the entire process very easy. Each TLC team member was equally courteous and extremely responsive. No matter where you are located and what type of loan you need (e.g. conventional, refinance, VA) the team will definitely take care of you. We were very fortunate to work with Teri.
