Horrible service, took about 30 minutes in line at the drive through. They had three people in the window but only had one lane open. I was making a deposit and put my personalized card in there with the amount I was depositing. She immediately sent it back and said to fill out the deposit slip, I told her it’s ok because I use this card at all locations I go to and nobody has ever had a problem in the 10+ years I’ve been with TDECU and refused to use it. She had a “fake polite” voice which just makes things worse when you’ve been in line for 30 minutes. This place needs better management over these employees, especially her. TDECU is a great company, at most locations.. not this one.

This branch is simply amazing! I have been banking here since 2015 I’m always satisfied with everyone’s service! Christelle helped me when I thought nobody would. And Sissi made my day today! Thank you guys for being available at the most random times lol. I’m one happy TDECU member :) TDECU4LIFE

It's OK for a credit union, And I have been a member here for a couple of years now, my credit score was 640 a few months ago and asked them to finance me a new vehicle, and was turned down, a couple of months later I decided to go ahead and get me a new vehicle, and Amaco credit union did the financing, So needless to say I now belong to two credit union, and guess witch one will I turn to for my next new vehicle, Not TDECU

Best bank I have ever had and I will never have another....EXTREMELY GREAT FRAUD PROTECTION....RECOMMENDED HIGHLY .....ONLY BANK YOU WILL EVER NEED

Friendly people who care not the usual bank that just wants your money they treat you like a person not a number and know your name

Honestly awful. Last 4 experiences have been pathetic 1. My client banks with tdecu, I took the check up there to cash it and they charged $10 to cash it, but of course they don’t tell you that, they just do it and onto the next customer! Mind you, the check was less than $150! 2. Went to withdrawal money from inside the bank, it’s in our account, we can clearly see it, but they didn’t have enough cash to cover it, said they’d get some and call us when we could pick up, never called 3. Went to ATM to withdrawal $200, not enough money to cover withdrawal 4. Went to deposit checks, as we have done countless times. Lets me go through everything and insert the checks. Tells me that my checks can’t be accepted even though they’re brand new! Don’t even get me started on the deposit windows. 1 teller running it and takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes for any transaction. Will be filing a formal complain with the main branch. Bay City needs a massive overhaul

Absolutely garbage customer service. I have a truck loan with this bank for at least 6 months and have had nothing but issues with them. I’ve set up Auto-pay 4 times already (on the phone with a representative) and every single month I get a late fee payment and another representative who doesn’t know what happened and apparently no one knows how to fix it. I talked to Bianca and Jesselle both were awful. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you like problems and paying late fees. 1/10 not recommended
