Leon was more than helpful in getting our deal funded. On numberous occasions, the deal seemed to be dying, however, Leon's resourcefulness, experience, and flexibility revived the deal and he was able to my client's deal that most lenders wouldn't of touched! I recommend 10/10

I’ve been working in commercial real estate for almost 10 years this has to be the shadiest ‘broker’ I’ve ever worked with. Real bait and switch tactics, give you and LOI then 3 days later change a major term and then say they did their job so they will be keeping a large amount of your deposit because it’s on your that you couldn’t perform. And to add insult to injury I lost $45k of earnest money due to them assuring me that they would deliver the loan as presented in the LOI, then too bad so sad not our problem. Seriously consider taking your business anywhere else, they will take no responsibility for anything they do.
