I can't say enough good things about Texas home loans, and Scott. I actually contacted Scott about a year and a half ago to ask some questions about loans, and get information as we were looking at buying a house. When that didn't work right away, I kept his name in mind. About a year later I found him again, and he was just as professional and friendly as I remember. Throughout the entire process of the loan application, from the beginning, to gathering documents, Scott was professional, courteous and helpful. He talked about different options, and gave his opinion on what would work best for us. When we found our house, he had all the information he needed to move forward. I talking to a few different lenders, and they were all very much "Run credit now, ask questions later" type of people. Scott was the opposite, specifically mentioning that he wouldn't run a credit check until we were absolutely ready to put an offer in. Fast forward, when going through the purchase of the house we wanted to do further inspection on the foundation, and Scott said we can wait to do the appraisal until we find out about the foundation, even though it was close to closing. As soon as we gave Scott the OK, he got the appraisal ordered, and done. During the house buying process we were on a cruise, and it made it difficult to get some things done, but Scott kept in contact, and actually asked to lock in a rate while we were out of service (still was able to contact through email), luckily he did, because rates started going up after that. Once we finally got the appraisal ordered Scott got the clear to close within 12 days, which is astounding. Overall I was extremely satisfied with all Scott's help, friendliness and professionalism throughout the entire home buying process. I would definitely use Scott, and Texas Home Loans for any loan related items in the future, and will recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Scott!

Scott was a pleasure to work with, he was extremely responsive and proactive throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond to ensure we close the deal as soon as possible. Being a first time home buyer I had many questions but he made sure we understand the whole process and know what is ahead of us. We really liked his professionalism and dedication. He also gave us regular update calls which was a nice touch and really put us at ease knowing our loan application is in good hands.

This review is a little overdue, but I need to share my experience for everyone who is looking for a great Mortgage Broker. Scott Dill was incredible throughout my whole process. I was nervous and also unaware of the process, and he was there every step of the way. He did not sugar coated anything, and he worked so fast and so thorough that made the process seamless, it really took the stress away. He was professional but also went above and beyond on everything for me and made sure I was aware of mortgage terminology. I am forever grateful and look fwd to continue working with him and would recommend him to my family and everyone I love, he gets the best deal available, he works directly with the realtor, he provides options and knows his stuff. Very happy with my decision and very happy to vouch for him!
