Jerrod found funding and actually followed through in doing the job of getting the deal done despite the usual wrinkles that come up in about every real estate deal. While the experience with about every other broker I have had has given me the distinct impression that the broker isn't going to go an inch out of his way to do anything but what's needed to get his fee, in all honesty Jerrod kept hammering and kept working in a way that got funding done for over the course of 6 months when I'd guess most brokers would have just given up and moved on.
