My car note was purchased by them when they bought out another dealership.I made my final payment and five months later I still have not recieved my title. I just got off the phone with one of the representatives to ask where my title was and I recieved nothing but attitude. Highly unprofessional and very rude.

Everything about them is always stressful. The only reason I use them is because I am required. If you are company thinking about using them for your finances DON'T. I know others that have to pay their car note through this company and they hate it too.

I GOT SWITCHED TO THIS COMPANY WHEN MARSHALL MIZE SOLD MY TITLE TO THEM BECAUSE I FOUND OUT MARSHALL MIZE CHARGED ME 500 DOLLARS FOR A PART THEY NEVER REALLY REPLACED. I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND MADE MY LAST PAYMENT THE END OF FEBRUARY. ALAMO DIDN'T SEND ALL MY RECIEPTS EVEN THO I KEPT CALLING FOR THEM AND I HAVEN T RECIEVED MY TITLE ALMOST A MONTH AND A HALF AFTER I PAID MY CAR OFF. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

They say the Are here to work with you , but I’m behind a couple payments due to the pandemic and I call in to make a payment and they refused a full payment, that’s not working working with you that’s against you . They are Extremely rude and unprofessional

Everyone there is always great. I always make my payments on time but when I can’t they work with me. I can hardly believe all the negative reviews!

when i call to make my payments they are all so nice and helpful, they are able to pull up my account and process my payment quickly

Biggest joke of a business. Literally my 4 year old could do a better job. DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THEM. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF.
