Excellent staff who always make banking easy. No corporate feel or excessive paperwork. Very good to use for business banking and personal banking.

Workers are kind but service is slow. The lobby area has dead bugs on the floor on multiple occasions.

Went to this bank few days ago to swap change for cash I was very surprised the bank was clean and was helped very quickly like I didn't even get close to the counter and the super (nice) and friendly lady ask what she could do to help me. Did what I needed very fast . Too bad all banks are not like that I can't say enough about this bank or the staff. This is the bank to go to no wonder my grandmother banked here for so long
