I love the underground nuclear weapons facility! I left 4 start 'cause I was told it was "top secret" and I don't know what that means, and when I asked they told me to "keep my mouth shut."

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen from a financial institution. My friends family have all been members for years and I wanted to give them our business as well. We left several voice mails for specific people at various branches and not one single person could return a call. We will never give our business to this company and will urge others to find other avenues too

its a great bank unless its the weekend and you are unable to sign on to your online banking account and you cant. then you are stuck till the week so someone will answer the phone to unlock your account because they don't have 24 hour help or technical support

I've been a member at Pantex FCU since 2005 and have received nothing but excellent service in every regard. In my experience, large banks can't match match Pantex's level of customer care.
