I appreciate the help that I received from Trey (or Tray not sure of the spelling). I came in to get a fast loan. He was very professional and he allowed me to print out my bank statements there rather than having to go to a bank. He knew his job well, explained everything, and continued to check if I had any questions or needed more explanation. He was fast, polite, and efficient. He represents the business well and I do recommend this location. Thanks again Trey/Tray.

Went into the store yesterday to apply for my first loan and Luis was AMAZING!! He has great customer service!! He helped me print out all the documents i needed to apply for the loan. He was very helpful and nice and answered all the concern questions i might have had. The process didn't take long at all it was quick fast and easy. At first i was nervous about getting a loan but the info Luis gave me put my mind at ease. This is a great place to get a loan and i will be coming back in the near future.

I gave them 2 stars because when I needed them for my loans they were there but your word is your bond and that means nothing to them. They encourage you to bring them customers with the promise of giving you $100 when you do. Not only did I pay out close to $2000 of loans but gave them a customer who they've made a lot of money on and they can't even give you what they promised. They brought unnecessary stress to my life when I'm in the hospital and I'm having to call around to try and get someone to go pay on my loan and then finally when I did pay off my title loan they didn't even have my title. I had to go and get a new one. Just bad business and won't be giving them my business again.
