Submitted an application online on 06/03. Received a call shortly after to go over additional details. I was told to call back in 30 minutes for an update, which I did and my loan was still processing. I called the next day for an update and was told I would be receiving a call back shortly. I called a few more times throughout the next week and I was told the same thing each time, that someone would call me. Last time I called was on Monday 6/13 and was promised the manager was looking at my application and someone would call me back. As of 6/16 I have yet to receive a call. This business has very poor communication.

Terrika Coley was informative, professional and kind. This was a quick process. I recommend this company to anyone who need a little cash for any reason.
