I received a Pre-Approval in the mail as well as applied online, both were accepted. When I arrived at the store it was a completely different story. They stated that they couldn’t verify my identity although I had all the proper documentation. The agent was very nice and professional up until that. As the previous review stated, they do judge you as soon as you walk through the door, you can feel it. Complete waste of my time. I would NOT recommend.

Your first impression is your best impression the lady in the front is not customer service friendly and clearly she don’t know her job how to do her job I’ll give her a negative Star She’s very rude and impolite like she judge you soon as you come to the door

Katherine was fantastic. It was My first time ever needing to do something like this and she made sure the process was fast and easy and made sure to throughly explain what I was getting into. I would hope to never come back to a fast loan place but if I ever need to in the future I would come right here. Thank you Katherine!!!

Expected less but more in the area of customer service. Brenda was very helpful and informative. Didn't pressure me to proceed. Her knowledge and professionalism made the process quick and easy. Will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you Brenda

I have used the Cash Store multiple times whenever I’ve come up short between paydays. Katherine provided me with excellent customer service. She explained the process thoroughly and got me the cash I needed! Highly recommend!
