Came to get a loan was very Quick and easy especially the reps they had working that day Rosie and alexia very calm , polite and Helpful. Would recommend this store location to get a loan from . Only would suggest a tv or some music in the lobby while I waited to be helped

Don’t waste your time, I applied for a loan and and waited 3 days for a response and never got a approval or a denied status I called there customer service line just to be lied to by a manager, she stated she would look into why it’s a delay on a response and she will call me back with an update…. I never received that call back here it is the next day no updates and they ran my credit I’m able to see the inquiry and no one is able to get any update on the application. What a big waist of time and a drop to your credit report. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a loan!!!!!! Horrible customer service and. Professionalism with this company all together!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never use race as card infact I hate it. But when it in face I have say something. Iv notice with comments the bad one is non Latino probably African American. And alll the other great reviews are literally Latinos. So Wondering if u have better chance if you are Latino? Smh

The person who attended us was amazing my wife and me went to get loans and my wife ended up not having all the document but she was nice enough to offer alternative and thankfully it worked out thank you so much
