Melissa was horrible, she’s the reason why I didn’t proceed with my loan after being approved. Lady if you don’t want to work there’s other places who you definitely will fit in with the type of customer service you present. If you guys get Melissa on the line I’d request to speak to someone else. Melissa and I’m not sorry about it. I hope later on you can change the service that you provide or maybe even get hired at McDonald’s.
