J’s mom got a loan with this company and put J down as a reference or contact person. Well mom has been late for the last two months and they’re trying to contact J regarding his moms loan. How do I know? Because mom put my number down for her child’s and I’m getting voicemails. In September I told the company I don’t know either of these people and they said they would remove my number (a number I’ve had for about 10 years now). Well got another call this month (today/October) looking for J. As soon as I answered the employee calling said “oh it says that you claim to not know J or their mom”. Yeah I don’t know either of them. The employees I’ve spoken to are really nice which is why I gave the two stars. But I really don’t want to be called because someone’s mother isn’t paying back her loan. I don’t know the mom and I don’t know J. Clearly my number wasn’t removed since I’m getting calls again this month. If I get a call in November I’ll update the review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Regional Finance is the best. Chris and the staff are very encouragable when it comes to great and friendly financial service. They are like a good family member who always look out for you in good times and in bad. They will bend over backwards when it comes do delivering the excellent royal service people look for but hard to find. As a once long time banker for 25 years, l rank them as one of a kind and l am happy to be associated with them. Keep up the good work. .

Chris is awesome! I was going trough a very difficult time in my life and he help me financially when I needed it the most. He was very kind and took the time to explain to me in detail everything about the loan. He explain how strict they are about the payments (as any other business ) you sign that they can go ahead and visit you and request payment in cash if you don't notify them or actually do something about your payments. I have refinanced twice and thank goodness I am in a better position now. But if I ever need help again I will highly recommend Chris. Thank you Regional Finance.
