Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. A loan that was supposed to boost my credit with timely payments turned into being taken advantage of by the staff and management. Hidden fees that are NOT stated in the contract continuously made appearances throughout the contract, the entire team refused to help and when threaten to call corporate they began to harass the reliable contacts I had provided for verification. I’m pretty sure the level of harassment is illegal. Please go literally anywhere else for a loan, there are many places that report to all three credit bureau’s that can help boost your credit better than this TRASHY unprofessional “business”.

They threaten you and harass you if you haven’t made a payment. I have been going through a very hard time after months of payments on time and the switched up after one late payment. They harass me with different numbers and threaten to go collect at your house. Ana is the girl specifically who kept harrasing and threatining me. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!
